SHIPPING & RETURNS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
We offer free ground shipping within the US on all orders. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Below are the shipping methods we currently offer:
3-Day – A flat rate of $20.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are received three (3) business days from the time they are shipped.
2-Day – A flat rate of $30.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are received within two (2) business days from the time they are shipped.
Next Day – A flat rate of $40.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped.

Binding Commitment. By placing an order, you are making a binding commitment to pay for, and accept delivery of such order. This commitment includes, without limitation, your commitment to timely pay, and not challenge, any credit card fees or charges related to your order, except to the extent of your good faith assertion that the items you received did not conform to your order or were timely returned in accordance with this Site Agreement.
Third Party Processing: In connection with any order, we may employ, engage, utilize or rely upon third-party vendors, including, without limitation, credit card processors and platforms. By placing any order through the Site, you authorize, in connection with your order, our employment, engagement, utilization and reliance upon such third-party vendors, as we, in our sole discretion, elect to employ, engage, utilize or rely upon, and acknowledge that we shall have no liability to you or any other person for any damage caused or errors resulting from their activities, and expressly agree that your sole recourse shall be directly against such third-party vendors, without any direct or indirect recourse against us.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delay in processing, shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as: (i) any negligent act or omission by you, or your representatives, (ii) labor disputes, revolution, civil unrest, insurrection, war, or any act of terrorism, (iii) severe weather, fire, flood, or other acts of nature, (iv) unusually heavy communications traffic, (v) interruptions in any utility or communication service, (vi) any failure of your equipment, (viii) any governmental or regulatory investigation, or (ix) any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Site Errors and Inaccuracies. We strive to keep the Site free from errors, and up to date with the most current and accurate content and information, however we are not able to guarantee that the Site is free from errors or inaccuracies, or other issues, including, but not limited to typographical errors or otherwise incorrect content, such as incorrect or inaccurate text, copy, images, inventory information, and pricing information. To the extent that such errors or inaccuracies affect an order you have placed, the following shall apply:
If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will advise you, via email to the email address our records associate with your order, of such item’s unavailability, and we will not charge you for such item.
If you are charged the wrong price for any item(s) (whether or not the amount charged is the amount that was or is reflected for such item on the Site), we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to either: (i) notify you of such error and afford you the right to confirm your order at the correct price, (ii) notify you of such error and cancel your order, or (iii) process your order as placed.
If any item you receive does not conform to the order you placed, your return of such items shall be subject to our return policy set forth in this Site Agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept and issue a credit refund for the return of any item(s) in strict compliance with the following:
We do not accept returns of any item that has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way, or from which the tags have been removed. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (A) all tags must be fully attached to all items returned, (B) each item returned must be in its original packaging.
We only accept returns of items purchased directly through Arcady.com, and
We do not refund original shipping charges. It may take up to 7 business days from our receipt of any returned item for your refund to be processed.
